| Went in for a prepurchase inspection. They were extremely thorough, and saved me a lot of grief. These guys don't just kick tires and call it good. If you're buying a used Subie and want to know exactly what you're getting into, bring it here before you buy. The prepurchase inspection isn't cheap, but it's far less expensive than the repairs you won't know you need if you skip it. |

| I am so happy that I found this shop after purchasing my used 2016xt Forester. Rachel in the office is the best, always friendly, courteous and helpful. The mechanics' training and experience with Subarus is extensive, and after going to a different mechanic (after an unexpected transmission failure when the car had to be towed), who did not fully understand these cars (a $6k mistake), I will never take my car anywhere else. I have full trust and confidence in this shop. Their prices are right in line with other shops and transparent to the customer. Turn-around time on repairs is quick. I appreciate that they provide timelines for future work to be done, allowing time to anticipate necessary car repairs. Their loaner cars are an added bonus, and very helpful. They are no-nonsense and honest with integrity a high priority. I've never had an issue with their repairs, and if you have a Subaru, new or old, I highly recommend Northwest Subie Specialists! |

| I gotta tell ya, it?s nice to have a trusted shop to take care of our vehicle. We aren?t of the mindset of only owning this car until the loan is paid off then getting a new one (and passing on a car with a shorter life expectancy because it was only lightly maintained), so keeping this car maintained so it runs strong for many many years is our game plan. I?m glad we found a shop that shares that goal. |
