| Was greeted with all paperwork ready when I dropped my car off with Zach. In and out with my loaner in 5 minutes or less. Was told would be ready 11- noon. Got a call a little after 11. Have already referred a friend. Service and price were great. Thanks NW Subie |

| This shop is great! They took care of exactly what my Subie needed and even went above and beyond by testing the battery and cleaning the terminals, which I had been neglecting for too long. I was kept informed of estimates and work completion throughout the process via their digital communication system. The process was effortless on my part and extremely efficient. Top all that with confidence in the quality of the work completed, and you have yourself a top notch mechanic. Any TLC my Subie needs in the future will be brought to NW Subie Specialists without a doubt. |
