NW Subie folks are so easy to work with, fair and upfront about what work needs to be done and the cost.

I had a great first experience with Northwest Subie Specialists. They went above and beyond to complete my service and install a necessary part. It feels good to know they are a stand up shop that isn't out to gouge you. Building trust with a shop is important and they did just that. I will definitely come back to see them in the future.

Fast and cheap, the best way! Zack and Michael had my car in the shop the same week I called them and had my car ready in one! Great turn around for a major service.

The treatment and care for my vehicle is top notch. High quality work through and through. Car goes in with needed work, comes back better than new. I highly recommend.

I First found out about Zack and Michael from one of their old coworkers and he suggested that I take my newly purchased STI to them to get it inspected and make sure that it was good to go. They did a beyond thorough job inspecting it and found a number of red flags that I was then able to get addressed before they became true issues that would be detrimental to the vehicles long term health. I have since then brought 2 other vehicles to them for maintenance as well as repairs and they always do top notch work. I will always come back to them first when I have my Subie Questions!

Brought them my ?15 XV for it?s 90k service and a header install, and it was the first time having anything done not at a dealer. They scheduled me within a week, had a loner available, and we?re awesome about the whole process. Will absolutely continue to bring my cars to them!

Even though you guys couldn't pinpoint my misfire, it was only because next step was a engine teardown, which I couldn't afford, and, you guys went out of your way to check everything else first. I will definitely bring my Subaru back in the future for something I can't fix myself.

Super friendly owners! Zach was amazing. They were fast at diagnosing my issue and quick to getting parts and performing the repair. Kept me updated all along the way and even gave me a loaner car! Prices were better than any place I called. Will be going to them for all my future services on my Subie. Highly recommend them!

I?m new to NW Subie Specialists, but am very impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They did a great job servicing my Forester and helping with a frustrating dealer/warranty situation-great advice and explanations offered in clear language. I highly recommend this group and will happily drive from Seattle for their service.

The brake light started flashing in my 2015 Subaru Outback and the abs light was lit up so I took it to the dealership. They charged me $450 to diagnose a faulty Abs module and wanted another $950 to install it. I purchased a used one for $40 and Northwest Subie installed it for me for $330 only to find out my original abs module was functional and the dealership misdiagnosed the problem. Northwest Subie diagnosed a faulty speed sensor and didn?t charge me anything for the diagnosis. Zach also convinced me to call the dealership back and speak to a manager about the improper diagnosis which resulted in the dealership refunding me the $450. I purchased a new speed sensor from Northwest Subie and installed it myself in 15 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with this shop and the customer service is top notch.
