| Team was very communicative, fair, and honest. Patient in deciding what needed to be done and kept solid records. They were happy to engage in education as recommendations were made and also willing to acknowledge the optional nature of certain maintenance. Importantly, they were happy to discuss potential pricing of work and the shortcomings or things to look out for with my car. Appreciate the focus on a particular brand of vehicles without the corrupted incentives of dealership service work. Will be returning. Price for labor and work received seemed high, but it was honest and transparent! |
